Operating from bases in Turkey and Poland, we manage every aspect of cross-border trade directly through our own internal structure.

From supply coordination and production oversight to customs clearance, transport, financial reconciliation, and final delivery, each operational step is planned and executed in-house. Our portfolio focuses primarily on two product categories: pet supplies and hotel amenities. In addition, we manage trade flows for project-based and sector-specific product groups that align with our business model.

Full-Truck/Container Shipments – Our Goods, Our Control

We complete over 150 full-truckload (FTL) or container (FCL) shipments annually — all based on our own goods and under direct operational control. Each load is managed end-to-end, including customs, documents, logistics, and delivery.

We maintain regular commercial flows across Europe (including Germany, Poland, France, Austria), with outbound links through Shanghai in the Far East and Dubai in the Middle East. Operations in Africa and North America are anchored through Houston, Casablanca, and other key cities. All trade routes are based on real shipments and structured partnerships.

Our road freight operations are centered in Istanbul, which serves as our main gateway to Europe.Sea freight departures are handled via Istanbul and other major Turkish port cities. On the European side, Poland (East) and Austria (West) act as primary transition points for regional distribution.

MCA EXIM is one of the four entities operating under the TREXIMPOL corporate structure — a multi-layered trade organization headquartered in Turkey and Poland. Each entity is positioned to manage a specific segment of the international trade cycle:

Oversees outbound trade operations from Turkey, including supply coordination, documentation, export planning, and end-to-end operational management.

BUKLE SP. Z O.O. – Poland (Warsaw) Facilitates the legal and commercial entry of Turkish-origin goods into the EU, handling import clearance, invoicing, and regional distribution.

ENDEX SP. Z O.O. – Poland (Warsaw)
Manages import and export operations for goods moving between the EU and non-Turkish markets, including customs clearance and cross-border logistics.

BUKLE HORECA GÖKSEL ŞAHİN – Poland (Warsaw)

Responsible for brand positioning, promotional strategy, and targeted marketing across all product categories.
